- 1 ¼ cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup butter (softened)
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ¾ cup light brown sugar packed
- 1 package (4 serving size) Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
- 2 eggs
- 3 ½ cups quick cooking rolled oats
- 1 cup raisins
Directions
Heat oven to 375°F.
Mix flour with baking soda.
Combine butter, sugars, and pudding mix in large mixing bowl.
Beat until smooth and creamy.
Beat in eggs.
Gradually add flour mixture.
Stir in oats and raisins.
Batter will be very stiff.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls, about 2 inches apart, onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 11 minutes.
Makes about 60 cookies.
