Sugar Cookies
Ingredients
- ¾ cup shortening
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2½ cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- cinnamon candies (finely chopped / pulverized)
Directions
Cream together shortening, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
Chill 1 hour.
Bake 6-8 minutes at 400°F.
